2. Is there a long-term contract?
No. You are month to month. All we ask is a simple thirty-day notice if you ever decide to stop, so we can wrap up current work and transition smoothly.
3. Do you only work with restaurants?
No. While the Kudos ecosystem includes tools for restaurants, this retainer is designed for any small business that wants consistent growth support, AI optimization, and reliable monthly marketing help.
4. Can this include a new website or website upgrades?
Yes. If you need a new website or improvements to an existing one, this can be included as part of your ongoing monthly work.
5. Do you run ads or paid traffic as part of this retainer?
If ads are needed, we can plan them during our strategy conversations. Some clients choose to run ads and others do not. Ads are optional and managed based on your specific goals. Ad cost is covered directly by you and not included in this retainer price.
6. What kinds of tools or systems do you use?
I use the full Kudos Artisan ecosystem, which includes AI receptionists, loyalty automations, review systems, AI referral tools, content creation tools, and other proven digital growth systems. I choose the parts that match your business needs.
7. How do we communicate each month?
You will have direct access to communicate by email and text whenever needed. If calls or meetings are necessary, you will have access to my calendar to see what times I have available and schedule a meeting anytime. You will always know what is being worked on.
8. How soon will I see results?
The timeline depends on the type of work chosen for your business. Many clients see improvements in visibility, traffic, or customer engagement within the first few months. Long-term systems like AI optimization and SEO build stronger results over time. Although no guarantee is included, and you can cancel at any time, we recommend at least 3 months for best results.
9. Can I change what you work on from month to month?
